Celebrate Dirt Day! Soil and Seed Farm Fete

June 1st from 10-3 pm at DD Ranch in Terrebonne

Great Family Fun! Admission is only $14.00 for kids, $6.00 for adults , family discounts are available! Admission includes Hay rides, Petting zoo, play corral, seed planting and lots of dirt! DD Ranch’s Country Café will be open or bring a picnic lunch. There will be informational booths and amazing local vendors.

Dirt Day, a benefit for Central Oregon Locavore’s Farm Kids Program and Waldorf School of Bend, 501(c) 3 non-profit charities, contributes to community building and is an excellent way to introduce children to planting and watering to provide a deeper appreciation for where food comes from. Fostering a love of producing and preparing food will encourage children to make smart food choices now and throughout their lifetime and maybe even spark an interest in becoming a Central Oregon farmer.
