AWSNA
is an association of independent Waldorf schools and
Waldorf teacher education institutes. AWSNA's mission is to
strengthen and support the schools and to inform the public
about the benefits of Waldorf education.
Waldorfanswers is a private site,
intending to provide answers about Waldorf education, in
depth, that parents and prospective parents may have, and to
clear up some of the misconceptions that may exist about
Waldorf education. Our intention is to provide a
straightforward presentation of the facts about Waldorf
education.
Rudolf Steiner College is one of America's leading Waldorf teacher
education colleges. It is also a center for anthroposophical
studies. Programs at the College arise out of the work of
Austrian philosopher, scientist and educator Rudolf Steiner
(1861-1925) whose innovative ideas and discoveries have
inspired a wide spectrum of practical activities
worldwide—in the arts, banking, architecture, medicine,
agriculture, and care of the handicapped, as well as
education.
Waldorf Family Network is a grassroots community service project serving
homeschooling and other families inspired by Waldorf
education. "We act as a wellspring of educational and
inspirational support for the global Waldorf-inspired
community at large, as well as to serve as a beacon of
practical support for networking and community-building
among families who live in the New England area. We serve
all who have an interest in learning more about how to
"bring Waldorf home", including homeschooling families,
those considering homeschooling, those with children in a
Waldorf school, parents, and educators."
Living Imagination is
the culmination of 22 years of work and study, developing a
practical application of spirit in matter through the
practice of Anthropsophy and Waldorf Education. Spanning the
countries of Canada, the United States, and Russia, Diane
has offered lectures and workshops to Educators, and
Families on a variety of topics.
